Founded in 2005 by brothers Fabrice and Geoffrey Ghanem, Mr. Shiloh’s was born from a shared passion for bringing refined kosher dining to Los Angeles. Inspired by their French roots, they set out to create a restaurant that blended timeless European culinary tradition with heartfelt hospitality, a place where the Jewish community and guests from all backgrounds could gather, celebrate, and feel at home. Over the years, Shiloh’s has earned a reputation that extends far beyond Los Angeles—recognized throughout the kosher dining world for its premium wet-aged steaks, extensive wine collection, and warm, attentive service. Today, Geoffrey proudly continues as the sole owner of Mr. Shiloh’s, while Fabrice carries forward the family legacy at Delice Bakery, the beloved kosher French bakery he took over in 2018. For Geoffrey, who has called Los Angeles home for more than 25 years, Shiloh’s is more than a restaurant—it is an extension of his own family, which includes his wife and six children. That spirit of family is felt in everything we do, from the way our chefs and servers are trained to enjoy serving, to the loyalty of our guests who return to celebrate life’s milestones with us year after year. Nearly two decades later, Mr. Shiloh’s remains a trusted home for tradition, excellence, and connection—one meal, one celebration, and one memory at a time.
With love and dedication,
The Mr. Shiloh’s Team
